DOMIN8 Serviti is a training app for military units. Soldiers train on ten-minute courses and tests on their own phones. Unit leaders see live who is trained, and build training of their own. In the soldier's own language, on the soldier's own phone. No new hardware.

Weapon safety, combat first aid, unmanned aerial systems, land navigation. Clean-room doctrine text, reviewed by subject-matter officers, split into ten-minute modules.
Knowledge checks + AAR
Every course ends in a scored test with a full after-action review: what held, what to train again, question by question, topic by topic.
Readiness habit
XP and daily objectives keep the individual soldier returning. Progress persists on device and syncs when connected.
Unit dashboard
Roster as an org tree, unit KPIs, per-soldier detail view. See who trains, who stalls and who never started, at every echelon under you. Several leaders and instructors can command the same unit; soldiers move between units without losing their history.
Tasking + messaging
Assign orders, written tasks and quizzes down the tree. Review submissions, return work, message any subordinate. Strictly chain-of-command: no lateral traffic.
Your learning environment
Build your own courses, upload the material you already have - even written assignments. Share what you build with other units and instructors. Knowledge that survives rotation. Questions can carry a picture and take open answers, graded by the keywords you set.
Shooting logbook + zeroing
Every range day in the soldier’s pocket: weapon, sight, ammo, the target with hits marked by finger, group size, the official zeroing sheets. The zeroing assistant reads the group and says which way to click. Development over time - and the commander sees the unit’s diaries.
Physical fitness test (PFT) results
Push-ups, sit-ups, 3200 m run or swimming, cycling, rowing ergometer - the soldier enters the results and sees the official KVKT points at once (Estonian Defence Forces 2024 standards), plus their history. Instructors paste a whole squad’s results straight from Excel; COMMAND shows the unit table with points and exports CSV.
360° review
Squad members rate each other on the questions you set - would I go into combat with them, could they lead me. Soldiers never see each other’s answers; the commander gets averages and every individual answer once the round is closed.
Readiness you can inspect.
The structure builds itself: every commander issues an invite code. A soldier who gets it joins that commander's unit. No tickets, no copying rosters out of Excel.

OPSEC by design.
Personnel data in a training system is sensitive by default. Serviti is built so the database itself refuses what the interface would never show.
Row-level security, enforced in the database
Every table carries own-row policies. Cross-user reads exist only through audited server functions scoped to the caller's subtree. A soldier calling the API directly gets exactly what the app would show: their own data.
Chain-of-command data access
A leader reads only their own subtree, at any depth. No unit roster is enumerable across trees, no lateral visibility, no global directory.
Invite-gated units
Anyone can start a personal account (€4.95 / month). Joining a unit happens only through an invite code issued - and revocable - inside the chain of command. Unit data never leaves that chain.
EU hosting, minimal footprint
Data resides in the EU region, encrypted in transit and at rest. The client ships no service credentials; error telemetry excludes personal data.
The soldier's own language.
The whole app and all content available in five languages. Language switchable before sign-in. Content is translated against a single military glossary and awaits native-speaker review.
